By creating an account, accessing the Service, using the website, using the app, registering for events, or interacting with Wynn.Love, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wynn.Love. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, legally permitted to use the Service, and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Account Registration and Security
You may need to create an account using accurate information, including your name, phone number, email address, photos, and profile details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may use phone verification, email verification, one-time passcodes, security checks, and account review procedures to protect users and the Service.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive SMS messages from Wynn.Love/Iwin Inc for account verification, login security, account alerts, account support, and account notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies based on account activity. For assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message, or contact support@wynn.love. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS messages are intended for transactional account and security purposes unless you separately opt in to another category of messages.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, stalk, defraud, spam, or harm another person. You may not upload illegal content, sexually exploitative content, non-consensual intimate content, hateful content, violent threats, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights.
You may not use Wynn.Love for prostitution, escort services, trafficking, commercial sexual activity, illegal drugs, scams, unlawful weapons transactions, or any unlawful activity.
5. Dating, Matching, and Events
Wynn.Love may provide dating, matching, social discovery, chat, and event features. We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, dates, relationships, event attendance, compatibility, or any specific outcome.
You are responsible for your own decisions, communications, meetings, and in-person interactions. Use reasonable caution when meeting anyone in person. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and report suspicious or unsafe conduct.
6. Photos, Profiles, and Content
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile information, photos, messages, event posts, and other materials (“User Content”). You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not violate the law or another person’s rights.
You grant Wynn.Love a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, transmit, and use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and protect the Service.
7. Purchases, Tickets, and Payments
Wynn.Love may offer paid memberships, subscriptions, event tickets, premium features, or other paid services. Pricing, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable offer terms.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Event tickets, subscriptions, and paid features may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. We may cancel, postpone, modify, or refuse admission to events for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
9. Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement
We may investigate accounts, content, payments, messages, reports, or activity that may violate these Terms or create safety, legal, fraud, or platform risks. We may warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, or remove accounts or content at our discretion.
10. No Background Checks
Unless expressly stated in writing, Wynn.Love does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification checks, or comprehensive screening of users. Users are responsible for their own interactions and safety decisions.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may use or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, communications providers, payment processors, cloud storage providers, moderation services, and app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
12. Intellectual Property
Wynn.Love, including its name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, brand features, and other materials, is owned by Iwin Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our intellectual property without written permission.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used the Service unlawfully.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wynn.Love and Iwin Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, personal injury arising from user interactions, or damages related to use of or inability to use the Service.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wynn.Love, Iwin Inc, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person’s rights.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
